Loyalty Rewards Program

By participating in the JJ Pro Nails Loyalty Rewards Program, customers agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

* The Loyalty Program is available to all customers of JJ Pro Nails.

* Each customer must register and maintain their own individual loyalty card/account.

* Loyalty rewards are non-transferable and cannot be shared between customers.

2. Earning Stamps

* Customers will receive 1 stamp per visit.

* Customers receive 1 stamp per completed and paid visit with a minimum spend of AUD $40 in a single transaction.

* A “visit” is defined as one completed and paid appointment on the same day.

* Multiple services completed during the same appointment count as 1 visit only.

* Multiple customers attending together cannot combine visits or transactions onto one loyalty card.

* Only the cardholder receiving the service may collect the stamp.

* Stamps are issued only after payment has been completed in full.

* Complimentary services, promotional services, refunds, or touch-up appointments may not qualify for stamps at the salon’s discretion.

* Customers must present their loyalty card at checkout to receive their stamp.

* Missed stamps may not be added later unless approved by management.

3.Birthday Bonus

* Loyalty Program members will receive Double Stamps on eligible transactions made within 7 days before or 7 days after their birthday.

* A minimum spend of AUD $40 in a single transaction is required to qualify for Double Stamps.

* Valid identification may be requested to verify the customer’s date of birth.

* Double Stamps can only be claimed once per eligible visit during the birthday bonus period.

* Double Stamps cannot be combined with any other stamp multiplier promotions unless otherwise stated by JJ Pro Nails.

* The birthday date must be registered with the customer’s loyalty account prior to the birthday bonus period.

4. Reward Redemption

* After collecting 6 stamps, customers are eligible to redeem:

1 Free Footlogix Bare Pedicure

* Reward must be redeemed within the validity period shown on the loyalty card.

* Reward bookings are subject to appointment availability.

* Reward cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other services/products.

* Reward cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, packages, or offers.

* Any upgrades or additional services requested during the reward appointment will incur additional charges.

5. Validity & Expiry

* Loyalty stamps and rewards may expire after the period stated on the loyalty card or promotional material.

* Expired stamps or rewards cannot be reinstated.

6. Fraud & Misuse

JJ Pro Nails reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or remove stamps/rewards if:

* Fraudulent activity is suspected

* Multiple customers are found sharing one loyalty card

* Fake screenshots or altered loyalty cards are used

* Abusive or inappropriate behaviour occurs toward staff

Any misuse may result in removal from the Loyalty Program without notice.

7. Lost or Changed Devices

* Customers are responsible for maintaining access to their digital loyalty card.

* If a customer changes phone number or device, JJ Pro Nails will attempt to assist with transferring the loyalty card where possible, but transfer is not guaranteed.

8. Program Changes

JJ Pro Nails reserves the right to:

* Modify these Terms & Conditions

* Change reward structures or eligibility

* Pause or terminate the Loyalty Program at any time without prior notice

9. General

* Participation in the Loyalty Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

* Decisions made by JJ Pro Nails management regarding the Loyalty Program are final.
